Blue Desert Interiors recently completed a custom tenant improvement project for a Scottsdale financial planner at Edward Jones. The 1,157 square foot office is located at 9590 E Ironwood Square Dr. #Suite 235 in Scottsdale.
“The project was unique because most Edward Jones offices follow a corporate color and furniture scheme,” said Mark LaPalm, IFDA and founder of Blue Desert Interiors. “Caitlyn wanted an office that was more inviting and personable. She wanted to create something that would make visitors feel comfortable as soon as they entered the space.”
Blue Desert Interiors reviewed the architects plan and provided recommendations to make the floor plan more functional. They designed the complete suite including lobby, reception, two office suites, kitchen and storage. Blue Desert Interiors also designed the custom built-in two person reception desk for maximum work space and impromptu client meeting space. The new lobby space allows for seating and client intake meetings.
“We created the design concept to be fresh, warm and inviting,” said LaPalm. “We selected custom wall paneling with inset wallpaper panels, desk paneling and custom trim at base and crown. The material selections of every finish in the suite including flooring, wallcovering and lighting are all designed with Caitlyn’s style in mind.”
