Phoenix’s Capital Asset Management has partnered with Los Altos, Calif.-based West Valley Properties to enhance property management operations and deliver expanded support across West Valley’s Arizona portfolio.

Through the new partnership, Capital Asset Management will provide property management services for West Valley’s Arizona assets, utilizing West Valley Properties’ former on-site property management team. The collaboration ensures continuity for tenants and staff while offering access to Capital Asset Management’s broader platform and specialized management resources.

West Valley Properties will continue to serve as the asset manager for its Phoenix portfolio, overseeing property management and leasing activities. As part of the partnership, Capital Asset Management will absorb all of West Valley Properties’ Phoenix employees to provide uninterrupted service to its 13 Phoenix commercial properties.

The Capital Asset Management team will now serve as the primary property management contact for tenants, while West Valley Properties continues to oversee asset performance and leasing strategy.

“This partnership represents a win-win for both teams and the properties we manage,” said Aaron Strole, Owner and Founder of Capital Asset Management. “By combining our team’s operational expertise with West Valley’s established presence in Phoenix, we’re able to deliver a seamless experience and enhanced value to property owners and tenants alike. West Valley Properties has an incredible reputation after 50 years in business, and we’re proud to grow alongside them as they join the Capital Asset Management family.”

Together, Capital Asset Management and West Valley Properties are poised to deliver an elevated level of property management performance and client service throughout the Arizona market.

“We’re proud to align with Capital Asset Management to ensure our properties and staff continue to thrive,” said Jon Rayden, President of West Valley Properties. “This partnership allows us to maintain our commitment to quality service while benefiting from CAM’s expanded resources and systems.”

The partnership news comes at a time of expansion for Capital Asset Management, which announced in October that it had merged with Phoenix-based MODE Commercial Property Management, creating a combined 10 million+ square-foot portfolio of medical, office and industrial space across the Southwest.

Capital Asset Management is advancing an initiative to syndicate funds for strategic mergers and growth in collaboration with a trusted network of partners, representing a significant milestone in the continued expansion of its robust portfolio.

Founded in 2009 by husband-and-wife team Aaron and Rachelle Strole, Capital Asset Management has evolved from a retail-focused firm to managing more than 180 properties across Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, California and Hawaii. The company emphasizes tenant retention, customer service and innovation under its guiding principle, “Commercial Real Estate, Better.”

The partnership reinforces Capital Asset Management’s growing role as a leading property management firm in the Southwest, delivering consistent, high-touch service to institutional investors and local owners alike.
