Cherrylake Partners LLC has purchased a 6,112 square-foot R&D/Flex property at 2080 E. Beverly St. for $410,000 from Maddox Enterprises LLC. The buyer was represented by Russ Hall and Steve Cohen with PICOR. The landlord was represented by Tim Healy and Bob DeLaney with CBRE’s Tucson office.
Mike Noonan Physical Therapy LLC has purchased a 2,400 square-foot office at 5800 N. La Cholla Blvd., Suite 126 for $400,000 from, Frankstone LLC. The buyer was represented by John Hammer with KW Commercial Tucson. The seller was represented by David Montijo and Jeff Casper with CBRE’s Tucson office.
