Colliers | U.S. announced today that Bryce Terveen has joined the company as Executive Managing Director and Brokerage Market Leader for Arizona. In his new role, Terveen will oversee brokerage operations across the state, with a focus on recruitment, retention and strategic growth to enhance client service and strengthen Colliers’ presence in the market. He will report to David Josker, President, West Region Brokerage at Colliers.

Terveen brings nearly 20 years of real estate brokerage experience with deep expertise in office tenant representation and corporate services. Most recently, he served as a senior vice president at CBRE in Phoenix. He is actively involved in the local community, serving on the board of Fresh Start Women’s Foundation and participating in the Phoenix Children’s Hospital Golf Committee and Arcadia Little League.
