Pristine Auction, an online sports memorabilia company has just completed construction on a 37,000 square foot, state of the art build-to-suit on 2.6 acres within the Spectrum Ridge Business Park. Located at the southeast corner of 7th Street and Deer Valley Road in North Phoenix, the new facility will provide room for expansion and increased efficiency.
Eric Bell and Mike Ciosek of Kidder Mathews handled the site selection and building transaction, which was designed by Wes Balmer Architects and built by Tempe-based Sun State Builders. The new project includes increased areas for inventory, product input, and it was designed with a large executive balcony overlooking the surrounding mountain landscapes.
The total project costs were valued at over $4 million dollars, and it was financed by Chase Bank. Eric Bell, with Kidder Mathews, said, “It’s exciting to see a young, fast-growing company invest in its future and provide a great environment for its employees to flourish. This new building is beautiful and will help them expand even further.”
