Epicenter at Agritopia underway and now pre-leasing retail space

Epicenter, the high-end, vertical mixed-use community and retail destination in the heart of Agritopia in Gilbert  is currently pre-leasing its available retail space. The multi-family project features elevated apartment living situated abovethoughtfully selected restaurants and retail focused on healthy living and treasured finds for all generations to live, gather and thrive. Epicenter’s retail space will be leased to best-in-class businesses that are experts in their craft. Some of the current tenants include Matt’s Big Breakfast, Gadzooks, Bunky Boutique, and Wylde Salon and the Hooligans Barbershop.

Epicenter’s team is comprised of top experts in their respective industries, including William and Joe Johnston of Johnston & Co., the development group leading the retail portion of the project; Joe Doucett of Newmark Knight Frank, the retail listing agent representing Johnston & Co.; Casey Treadwell of Thompson Thrift, the owner’s representative of Johnston & Co.; and Greg Nadeau, StreetLights Residential’s vice president of development, who’s Epicenter’s development partner. The novel project design is by the architecture team at LRK.

With approximately 49,000 square feet of retail space, Epicenter will be filled with retail options that satisfy residents’ and visitors’ needs, from premier health and wellness brands to top eateries and locally owned artisan shops. Epicenter welcomes not only its residents, but the Gilbert and Phoenix area communities and visitors to interact with and enjoy the intentionally designed destination.

Epicenter is located in the Gilbert area, which is ranked one of the best places to live in Arizona, with some of the safest and most kid-friendly neighborhoods, making it the perfect living environment for all ages.
