ViaWest Group has kicked off major renovations at 200 EVB, an office building purchased late last year located at 200 E. Van Buren. Upgrades include a complete first-floor overhaul with new a lobby, restrooms, conference area; a second-floor collaborative speakeasy environment; renovated fitness center; a third floor full- floor spec suite; and new elevator lobbies, corridors, and restrooms. In addition to the elevated aesthetics, the lobby will feature a state-of-the-art security system including turnstile entry, and upgraded security access to elevators, stairwells, and floors.
The building’s 3rd St. parking garage is also undergoing an LED retrofit and the addition of an improved parking system.
Rebranding and a new signage plan will help bring this recognizable building up-to-date with the modern landscape in which it is located.

ViaWest Group purchased the 10-story office building and semi-adjacent parking garage in December of 2018.

With convenient access to Valley Metro light rail, the building is steps away from Arizona State University’s Downtown Phoenix campus, home to more than 17,000 students, five colleges and 84 degree programs.
