Johnson Carlier, a locally-based general contractor, announced two new additions to their team. Paul Schoeffler joined as a Senior Estimator and Tim Lewis as a Senior Project Manager, furthering the company’s commitment to client services and project delivery. These industry pros have a combined 65 years of construction experience.

Paul Schoeffler is an industry vet with his impressive resume stretching back to 1991 when he began his construction career as a Project Manager and Estimator for SDB, INC. Schoeffler a is Senior Living Specialist, having completed over $500 million in senior care preconstruction work, with GC’s such as Weitz and Adolfson & Peterson.

Tim Lewis has extensive knowledge of constructing education facilities, having built over 25 such projects during his career, with Sundt and Adolfson & Peterson. Lewis received his degree from Arizona State University with dual studies in Construction Management and Political Science then went on to receive his Masters in International Relations-Conflict Resolution/Business from the University of Hawaii.
