Ryan Companies US, Inc., Cadence Living and a controlled affiliate of Starwood Capital Group, a leading private global investor, announce Acoya Scottsdale at Troon, a best-in-class senior living community. Construction is underway on the 198,000 square foot senior living community in the Troon neighborhood. With views of Pinnacle Peak, Acoya will provide 135 independent and assisted living units on six acres in North Scottsdale.

Ryan A+E, Inc., designed the community’s exterior to complement the Santa Fe architecture of the surrounding area which consists of private country clubs and high-end resorts. “The combination of spectacular views, relevant amenities and beautiful finishes will make Acoya the premier senior living community in North Scottsdale,” said Tyler Wilson, vice president of real estate development, Ryan Companies.
Interior designer, Thoma-Holec Design, has been engaged to create contemporary finishes and quality details. Amenities will include an indoor PGA golf simulator, resort-style swimming pool, rooftop patio, fine dining, private dining, bistro and pub, a fitness center, hair salon, craft room, garden, exam rooms, underground parking, and valet parking.
Construction is expected to be complete in mid-2020 with a leasing office opening adjacent to the site in quarter two of 2019.
