Cuhaci & Peterson is planning an expansion in the Southwest with the opening of a new Phoenix office downtown in the Luhrs Tower, which is located at the southeast corner of First Avenue and Jefferson Street.
A beautifully restored 14-story Art Deco masterpiece built in 1929, the Luhrs Tower was the tallest building in the Southwest for decades. The location provides easy access to Valley Metro Rail, walk/bike access and a dedicated parking garage on-site.

The move helps strengthen the firm’s West Coast footprint while initially bringing as many as 15 new jobs to the Phoenix area. The firm is targeting a January 2022 opening.

When it opens, the Phoenix office will join the firm’s other locations in Boston, Central Florida and Philadelphia. In addition to these offices, C&P also has representatives nationwide.
