Commercial real estate developer SimonCRE adds David Friedberg as Project Manager to assist with the development responsibilities of SimonCRE’s growing portfolio of projects. SimonCRE currently has over 50 projects in the pipeline valued at $100 Million, creating thousands of jobs across the country.
Friedberg will work closely with the Vice President of Development coordinating and tracking project timelines, submittals and file management. He will be vital in the daily planning and processes associated with successfully driving projects from inception to completion.

Friedberg has a background in hospitality management, merchant services accounts receivable software and financial services.
