Jeff Schonberger joins De Rito Partners, Inc. with 32 years’ experience as a commercial real estate professional.  Mr. Schonberger has worked with several prominent real estate firms in Arizona and has represented numerous national retail tenants and landlords throughout the Western United States such as Chase, McDonald’s; Native New Yorker; Jack in the Box and KFC. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Chris Evjen is a native of Arizona and has been active in the retail real estate industry since 1994. Before joining DeRito Partners, Mr. Evjen was a Director of Real Estate with TitleMax, where he was responsible for the development and growth of the company’s locations throughout Southern California.  Prior to this position, Mr. Evjen spent 10 years as a Real Estate Manager for Family Dollar Stores during a time when the company experienced tremendous new store growth opening 100+ stores during his tenure throughout AZ, CA, NV, NM and TX. He graduated from ASU in 1991 with a BA in Marketing and is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Michael Franks. Mr. Franks brings more than 30 years’ experience to the company and specializes in the leasing and sales of shopping centers. Prior to joining De Rito Partners, Mr. Franks was with Sperry Van Ness.  As senior agent for Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate, he concentrated on representing successful retail users including QuikTrip Gas Stations, SAS Shoes, Jackson Hewitt Tax Services and Aamco Automotive Services. Before working at Coldwell Banker, Mr. Franks was an associate agent for Marcus and Millichap Commercial Investment Advisors specializing in the sale of investment grade shopping centers and office buildings.  Mr. Franks was also Vice-President and Director of Marketing for the Pederson Group, Inc. in Phoenix, Arizona.  Mr. Franks has BS in Marketing from the University of Arizona, is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and currently serves on the Board of Sigma Phi Epsilon at the University of Arizona
