Echo Real Estate Capital, Inc. announced it has recently broken ground on Echo Park 303 – a two-building, 676,336 square foot industrial development in Glendale, Arizona.
Strategically located on approximately 40 acres within the Woolf Logistics Center, Echo Park 303 is the latest addition to the thriving west valley industrial submarket that also features recently completed projects by Mark Anthony Brewing (White Claw bottling and distribution), Rauch North America (Red Bull bottling and distribution) and Ball Corporation.

With an anticipated completion of Q3 2023, this best-in-class industrial project will feature a 455,936-square-foot cross-dock warehouse and a smaller 220,240 square-foot rear-load facility. Ample parking will be available with 743 parking spaces and gated yards for nearly 150 trailer spaces. Additional highlights include two stories of storefront window systems to allow for natural lighting in the lobbies and office suites situated on the corners of the buildings. The project benefits from close proximity to the Loop 303 and the Northern Parkway extension which was recently completed.
“It has been a long journey to get to this point. We originally identified the site and made an offer on the land in December of 2019. Since then, the market has continued on an incredible growth trajectory and our project is well positioned to take advantage of the unmet tenant demand for class A industrial space in the Phoenix market,” said Echo principal Jon Boyajian.
Boyajian added, “We have had some tremendous partners helping us along the way including our brokers at Jones Lang LaSalle and our general contractor, LGE Design Build. Our capital partners at Grandview have been phenomenal to work with as well. We could not have done this without them.”
