2022 is off to a huge start for Ideation Design Group (IDG). From exciting project completions to major new project wins, the award-winning commercial design firm is on track to eclipse annual growth projections that dwarf even pre-pandemic expectations. With that, the company is pleased to announce the addition of new hires and key promotions that will lead array of important design projects in major markets in cities across the U.S. as well as internationally.

“IDG is thrilled to kick off 2022 with the addition of four new Associates, including the promotion of key staff to leadership positions within the firm,” said Jennifer Reynolds, a Partner with Ideation Design Group.

Recent new hires and promotions include:

Cody Bowman joins IDG from Larson Design Group in Phoenix and brings over a decade of industry experience to the team. NCARB-certified, Bowman brings a wealth of experienced and key certifications that further the capabilities of the firm to serve clients across all 50 states and internationally.

Robert Stickles brings over 30 years of architectural expertise to IDG with experience as a principal, project director, project manager, architect, designer and educator. Throughout his career, Stickles has built an established name in the design industry as a thoughtful leader and visionary with top firms and leading institutions across the U.S.

Stacy Molnar is a 10-year veteran of Ideation Design Group, formerly serving as Project Manager and Senior Studio Director. In his new role as an Associate, Molnar will oversee the (specialization) and (perform tasks).

Ken Nanna has been with the company nearly four years. Through his tenure, Nanna served in Project Manager roles and Studio Director positions. In his new role as an Associate, Nanna will take on a greater leadership role on the Studio floor.

IDG will be leading design efforts for a variety of luxury and lifestyle brands across the retail and hospitality industries as the 94-year old airport sheds its old image and emerges as a top U.S. airport hub for domestic and international travel featuring high-end shopping and dining destinations.

With a longstanding reputation as one of the leading airport design firms in the US, IDG expanded its portfolio from serving the friendly skies to focusing serving clients and consumers of the open roads as well.
