Ensemble Real Estate Solutions announced Monday the promotion of Jason Hammersmith to Chief Operating Officer (COO) from Director of Internal Operations.
Jason joined Ensemble more than 10 years ago as assistant controller and has since then contributed to the organization in many capacities including IT, human resources, and overall office administration. Five years ago, as Ensemble continued to expand; Jason took on the newly created role of director of internal operations.
“Jason has demonstrated valuable leadership and organizational skills over the past 5 years,” said Randy McGrane, Managing Director/CEO for Ensemble. “Ensemble has benefitted from his innovations, energy, and contributions and we look forward to working with him in his new role to provide leadership, drive continual improvement and direct the company’s operational growth.
Prior to joining Ensemble, Jason was a manager with Ernst & Young and received his Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Saint Mary’s College of California.
