The firm, which signed a long-term lease for just under 10,000 square feet at The Scottsdale Forum at 6263 N. Scottsdale Road, will use the space to continue its award-winning, client-centric approach to doing business, which proudly prioritizes quality service over billable hours.
“I have worked with Jonathan Keyser for nearly 15 years, and he has long been a trusted advisor of our firm,” says Scott Weiss. “Having Keyser exclusively represent our firm and help us navigate this process was extremely beneficial. He negotiated aggressively on our behalf and made us very comfortable throughout the entire process.”
A tenant at The Scottsdale Forum since 2010, Weiss Brown continued to expand its square footage until it grew into its current space. The building sits at a premier location as a central element of the Hilton Village on Scottsdale Road. It is currently 93% leased, well above the 80% average for the South Scottsdale Submarket and 83% for the entirety of the Phoenix MSA. With an asking rate above the market average, the property is a strong example of the ongoing flight to quality amongst tenants seeking to attract employees to the office.
“Keyser helped us secure incredibly beneficial lease terms, and was a true trusted partner throughout the process and kept us informed all the way,” said Weiss. “I trust him implicitly and would strongly recommend him to any business leader looking for a true partner to help them with their office lease.”
“We are very proud of the terms we achieved for Weiss Brown on this important lease extension,” says Jonathan Keyser, Managing Partner of Keyser. “As Darius Green and I evaluated different building opportunities in the market on Weiss Brown’s behalf, the JLL listing agents for Forum (Ryan Timpani and Brett Thompson) were great to work with, and the entire ownership team at Federal Realty stepped up to create a favorable deal structure for Weiss Brown to enable them to continue their long-term occupancy at the Scottsdale Forum.”
