LevRose Commercial Real Estate announced that the Arizona Department of Child Safety (DCS) leased 36,000 square feet of office space at a downtown Glendale building located across from Murphy Park.
LevRose Commercial Real Estate Partner Zak Kottler represented the landlord, the City of Glendale, during the lease negotiations. DCS represented itself in the transaction.
The Arizona Department of Child Safety (DCS) brought the Glendale building to 97 percent occupancy leaving 2,000 square-feet of office space remaining for lease. Downtown Glendale will also gain more than 100 employees from this transaction, giving the area an economic boost.
The downtown Glendale office building is located at 5800 W. Glenn Drive and is less than five miles from Westgate City Center, University of Phoenix Stadium and Jobing.com Arena. The building is also adjacent to a free, 600-space public parking structure.
