Phoenix-based LGE Design Build, a full-service commercial general contractor with an in-house architecture firm, recently broke ground to begin construction of a 46,585 square-foot industrial facility located at the crossroads of 15th Avenue and Pinnacle Peak Road in Phoenix.

The multi-building industrial development has first-rate access to key transportation routes, including Loop 101 and I-17, and is located just a few miles north of Phoenix’s bustling downtown which is appealing to many companies looking to set up base in the fifth largest city in the U.S.

The project will offer state of the art industrial amenities along with best-of-market clear height and loading area dimensions complete with contemporary finishes. Upon completion, which is expected in Q4 2022, the facility will feature a sleek modern design on the exterior and cutting-edge industrial amenities inside.
LGE Design Build served as the general contractor on this project. LGE Design Group was the architect. LPC Real Estate Group will handle the leasing.
