Gerchick Real Estate, a local, top-producing commercial investment brokerage, announced that UpTown Inc, a comprehensive one-stop shop realty brokerage that integrates realty, lending, general contractor services, and new home construction under the same roof, has invited Linda Gerchick, CCIM to assume leadership of Uptown Realty’s new Commercial Division.
Effective March 15th, 2015, Uptown Inc, will become the new home of Team Gerchick. “The shared values of the Uptown management team and their commitment to the real estate services industry provides Team Gerchick with the stability and resources necessary to continue providing superior service, while focusing on innovative and strategic growth initiatives.” Gerchick
Linda Gerchick has been a part of the elite CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) group since 2005. The CCIM designation requires intense study of a rigorous curriculum, documentation of a high level of successful real estate transactions and comprehensive examination, followed by continuing education to keep each CCIM on top of the industry’s regulations and refinements. Linda has sold more than 2,000 four-plexes and a plethora of multi-family, office buildings and retail centers.
