Developers SB2-VB, LLC just announced that its mega lifestyle, Live+Work+Play project, Verde at Cooley Station will be adding Quintana, a luxury resort-style apartment community in Gilbert. Quintana, a development of Shaw, Ltd., will be one of two multi-family apartment communities within Verde at Cooley Station. Quintana will offer its residents centralized high-level amenities that will bring individuals and families together with a sense of community and connection.
“Quintana’s design and amenities reflect the high standards of Verde at Cooley Station. Having obtained final design review approval on March 4, I hope to begin construction in October,” said Dennis Shaw of Shaw, Ltd.
Quintana’s unique, modern, and clean design highlights a walkable greenway connecting residents and guests to the main stretch of Verde, which will be made up of restaurants, retail, offices, wellness, and an area called “The Green,” that will hold regular community events and activities. Quintana will offer Studio, 1-Bedroom and 2-Bedroom apartments. • 3,000 SF Fitness facility
• Indoor kids play area with separate work/reading room for parents
• Rooftop balcony with full kitchen, seating, covered cabanas, and outdoor table games and other family games

Verde at Cooley Station began construction last November kicking-off the first phase of construction for the 23-acre project.
Work on the first phase of the development continues with an expected opening in early 2021.
“Verde will be a gathering place for the community. In addition to offices, retail and restaurants, Verde will be loaded with unique wall graphics, large scale sculpture in public spaces, a children’s play area and a programmed performance venue hosting a myriad of events,” said Norman Brody, a managing member of SB2-VB, LLC, the developer of the project. The design of Verde at Cooley Station incorporates new and innovative building materials, systems, technology and architectural expressions.
Verde at Cooley Station will include the Verde Medical Center, being developed by Sina Companies, Palm Beach Gardens, FL, with leasing by The Plaza Companies, Phoenix. Fitness and healthy living are two important tenets of Verde. Guests at the restaurants of Verde will enjoy unique experiences while they dine on the outdoor patios surrounding The Green’s, regular community events and activities. Within a quarter mile of Verde at Cooley Station more than 2,000 apartments and 1,000 single-family homes are under development. The trade area has more than 215,000 people. Nearby is the ASU Polytechnic campus, the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport and the recently announced Sky Bridge development, the Country’s first joint US-Mexico customs inspection facility, which upon build out will contain up to 4 million square feet of commercial space employing thousands.
