Verde Park Condominiums, a new community in the Historic Garfield District, sold out its north building with residents moving into single-bedroom homes.

Only eight homes are left in the property’s south building with move-ins beginning in October.

The 43-unit attainable housing condominiums have seen high interest from buyers since sales began. With all homes almost completed, Verde Park sold strongly this month with six units sold during Labor day week.

Brokers Hub Realty Owner Nicholas Yale said the success of the community was due to the ingenuity of developer Live Forward Ventures and a desirable price point in downtown Phoenix.

“Verde Park’s success starts with our developers who had the desire to build attainable homes in central Phoenix,” Yale said. “It is exciting to reach out to buyers with a community in the downtown area that is normally unavailable. A community with our location and our price point is unheard of.”

Verde Park features 43 urban residences with nine different one-bedroom floor plans at attainable prices starting in the $200,000’s.

Intelligently-designed, each condo features comfortable features including a private balcony/patio, recessed lighting, Quartz countertops, Hilton Custom Cabinets, energy-efficient windows, upgraded shower heads, plank flooring in the kitchen and living room and a keyless front door lock.

Residents have the opportunity to live in the Historic Garfield District where the community has experienced an artistic and cultural renaissance. Experience an urban lifestyle that is both energizing and financially prudent.
