Construction on the future headquarters of Muscular Moving Men & Storage and M3 Commercial Moving & Logistics, the leading local moving company serving the Valley since 2008, is officially underway following a groundbreaking ceremony held on Dec. 18. Located at 2601 E. Rose Garden Ln. in North Phoenix, the 68,542-square-foot state-of-the-art facility is designed to unite industrial and office functions under one roof.
The building will feature a 32-foot clear height and include conference rooms, a break room, a warehouse training room with a built-in moving truck, a fully equipped fitness center with showers and a desert garden with a patio. The headquarters will also house a modernized dispatch hub and spacious, climate-controlled storage solutions. LGE Design Build, a national design-build firm, is serving as both architect and general contractor for the project.

“Our goal with this headquarters was to create a space that not only optimizes daily operations but also elevates the employee experience, blending warehouse, workspace, training and lifestyle elements into a single, inspiring environment,” said Mike Stafford, president of LGE Design Build. “We’re proud to help build a facility that reflects Muscular Moving Men and M3’s dynamic culture and supports their long-term growth.”

“The journey to this moment has been three years in the making, with the project facing several hurdles even before construction began. LGE successfully navigated multiple rounds of rezoning to secure the green light,” said Josh Rogers, design build executive at LGE. “It’s important to note that none of this can happen without a partner like Muscular Moving Men and M3 Commercial. Their trust in us made it possible to push through every challenge and prove our resilience and ability to deliver, even on the most complex projects.”
“As a Phoenix native of 42 years and an entrepreneur that started our organization over 17 years ago, the acquisition of land and building a revolutionary headquarters in my hometown is the realization of an ever-evolving dream,” said Josh Jurhill, CEO of Muscular Moving Men. “This is an investment into our community and an investment into our organization. This will be a home base that not only myself, but our team of about 150 people, can be proud to start and end each day. I am truly grateful to be part of this wonderful country, state, and city that have enabled us to thrive and provided us with the opportunities for success that this building represents.”
