A trio of land sales in Phoenix, Gilbert and Tucson totaling 20 acres and $8.4 million highlight recent deals closed by NAI Horizon professionals.

Sale Transactions:

Lane Neville and Logan Crum negotiated the sale of 8.605 acres of land representing the seller, Gilbert Growth Properties for $7.496 million. The property is located at 1801 N. Pecos Road, Gilbert, AZ. The buyer, Crescent Acquisitions, LLC was self-represented. 

Denise Nunez and Victoria Filice negotiated the purchase of a self-storage building, representing the buyer, Vault at Old Vail Road, LLC for $3.2 million. The property is located at 7475 E. Old Vail Road, Tucson, AZ. The seller, America’s Best Self Storage, LLC was self-represented.

Troy Giammarco and Joe Pequeno negotiated the sale of a 5,458 SF office building representing the seller, 8700 Kelton Campus, LLC for $791,410. The property is located at 8765 W. Kelton Lane, Bldg.
