P.B. Bell, a leader in multifamily housing development, management and acquisitions, is marking the groundbreaking of its latest project, a resort-style community within the Ocotillo master-planned community in Chandler, Arizona. Arista at Ocotillo is being developed with joint venture partner Gilbane Development Company. MT Builders will partner with the team to bring Arista to life.

The 211-unit luxury community, which features a Santa Barbara-style exterior with arched walkways, offers one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans in a prime location near upscale casual dining, the DMB Village Health Club and premiere retail at The Shops at Ocotillo. The Arista at Ocotillo residences are accessed by interior, air-conditioned corridors with elevators, and residents at the gated community have access to 24-hour on-call maintenance.

“Arista at Ocotillo’s Santa Barbara-style architecture and resort-style amenities will make residents feel as if every day is a vacation day,” R. Chapin Bell, P.B. Bell’s CEO, said. “It’s rare to be able to build a new community in Arizona at the water’s edge. But, we’re doing that at Arista. This community’s upscale amenities really speak to a resident who is seeking a luxurious environment, complete with convenience and ambiance.”

A bocce ball and bag toss court are illuminated by bistro lighting, while the community’s lakefront ramada is finished with a built-in barbecue bar. Arista at Ocotillo’s resort-style pool area includes cabanas and fireplaces, to make the most of lazy afternoons and cozy evenings. A third-floor clubhouse is encircled by a wrap-around balcony, and a community lounge features a barista café and gaming area. Other key amenities include a dog park and dog salon, a theater room, and optional detached or attached garages, allowing access to the community’s air-conditioned corridors.

“This is a great development. It fits right in in the Ocotillo community,” Kevin Hartke, Chander’s Vice Mayor, said at the community’s groundbreaking event in late July. “We’re continuing to add jobs and people. As long as there are jobs, there will be a demand. This is another great project for Chandler.”

Each of the residences at Arista at Ocotillo include stone countertops and stylish kitchens, large balconies or patios, plank-style flooring, modern appliances, washers and dryers, and state-of-the-art communications wiring allowing for high-speed data and cable.

The first phase of Arista at Ocotillo is expected to be complete in November of 2018.
