NexMetro will open Avilla Palomino in Glendale in late-November and has opened two other projects earlier this year—Avilla Broadway in Phoenix and Avilla Mystic in Peoria. The build-to-rent (BTR) Developer has four more projects under construction in the Valley and has nearly 60 projects representing more than 10,000 homes across the nation either completed or in development.
