Nick Jensen has joined the national law firm Polsinelli in its Phoenix office as an associate. A real estate attorney and certified public accountant with an LL.M in taxation, Nick will be assisting clients with real estate and finance transactions including commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, real estate construction and development, joint ventures, syndication, lending and leasing. Nick will also be providing real estate due diligence services and transaction support in connection with corporate mergers and acquisitions. He has represented national banks, insurance companies, REITs, hospitals, private real estate funds, private lenders, individual investors, developers, small businesses and non-profit organizations and has experience working with buyers and sellers, borrowers and lenders, landlords and tenants and developers and investors.
