Then it’s time to nominate that project and/or person for a feature in the annual issue of People & Projects to Know (PTK) in Commercial Real Estate. All you need to do is complete and submit a nomination form, which has specific questions about why the person or project is worth knowing. You can find and fill out nomination forms here. Be sure to submit your nominations before May 22, 2025, which is the deadline for all submissions.

Each year, AZ Big Media spotlights Arizona’s most influential commercial real estate professionals and noteworthy projects that define the landscape in which we live, work and play within the annual issue of PTK, which will be published in Fall 2025.

People to Know: These are the commercial real estate industry leaders, influencers, innovators, disrupters and decision-makers that are making a positive impact on how and where we live, work and play throughout Arizona. People to Know are selected for each career category including accountants, architects, attorneys, brokers, developers, economic developers, engineers, general contractors, lenders, project managers, property managers, real estate investment trusts (REITs), subcontractors and up and comers (young professionals with less than five years in the industry). Projects to Know: This section highlights noteworthy projects that were completed in the past year as well as future projects throughout Arizona’s commercial real estate industry. The section shines a light on everything from the latest adaptive reuse development to impressive business and industrial parks, plus more. Submissions are judged based on design, impact on the community and economic development, to name a few. (Please note: all projects submitted for the 2021 Real Estate & Development (RED) Awards will be eligible for this year’s Project to Know consideration, too.) Also, keep in mind, all project nominations must include digital photos or renderings of the project (minimum of 5 images). Photos must accompany the nomination form and can be submitted in a zip file uploaded via Dropbox or via WeTransfer https://azbigmedia.wetransfer.com (preferred). Together, both sections of the PTK magazine represent Arizona’s commercial real estate industry in terms of the projects worth knowing about and the people who make it all possible.
