P.B. Bell, a leader in multifamily housing and real estate development, management and acquisitions, won multiple awards for its outstanding participation in Project Safe, an interactive and family-friendly safety awareness program supported by the Arizona Multihousing Association.
One of P.B. Bell’s Chandler communities, Montage at Pecos Ranch, was honored for “Best Community Participation” for its Pet Safety event, while Mesa’s Reflections at Red Mountain apartment community won “Best Community Theme” for its Project S.A.F.E. and Crime Free Summer Under the Sea party.
Cary Cole, Portfolio Director at P.B. Bell, was awarded for having the highest number of participating properties. This isn’t her first time with the award. In 2015, Cole was honored for successfully securing 100 percent participation from her properties in Project S.A.F.E. events.
“Educating our residents on safety is important to us, and we’re glad that our events are successful,” Debbie Willis, P.B. Bell president and designated broker of property services, said. “Seeing residents across our communities come together in the name of safety makes us confident that we are doing our best to keep our residents safe.”
The Project S.A.F.E. (Safety Awareness Family Education) program encourages communities to organize family-centric, safety-themed events. This summer, pet owners and residents of the Montage at Pecos Ranch gathered to learn tips in keeping their animals safe in the summer months. And 160 residents of Mesa’s Reflections at Red Mountain gathered to learn parking lot safety tips at the Under the Sea pool party. The event included a community grill-out, water slides and a pool party that served to entertain as well as educate the families.
