P.B. Bell, a leader in multifamily housing development, management and acquisitions, has named three new directors to its corporate team based in Scottsdale.

Kristina Rauscher and Charlie Koznick join P.B. Bell, respectively, as marketing director and acquisitions director. Arian Ploszaj, who previously served as P.B. Bell’s marketing director, has transitioned to a new role as director of business development.

Rauscher brings more than 11 years of commercial marketing experience to P.B. Bell. As marketing director, she is responsible for overseeing corporate marketing initiatives and communications, as well as strategic marketing planning for the P.B. Bell portfolio. She most recently served as senior marketing director at Vestar, a commercial retail development and management company.

Koznick comes to P.B. Bell from MC Companies, where he worked as director of acquisitions and directly managed and facilitated $340 million in acquisitions, dispositions and refinances. In his new role as director of acquisitions at P.B. Bell, Koznick is responsible for sourcing and underwriting multifamily opportunities, in addition to facilitating market analysis and identifying new markets for expansion.

“Charlie’s strong background in acquisitions and experience in the Phoenix area and Kristina’s experience in commercial marketing and communications make them both especially strong assets to our team as we grow and continue to share our innovative vision for multifamily housing,” said Chapin Bell, P.B. Bell chief executive officer.

Ploszaj most recently served as marketing director at P.B. Bell before transitioning to director of business development in June 2017. In her new role, she is responsible for acquisition of new property management contracts, which includes identifying management opportunities and building relationships with potential new clients.
