Alexander Building Company announced the addition of Paul Komadina as the newest Partner and Chief Strategy Officer as it continues its mission to deliver excellence and innovation in the commercial construction industry. Paul will be responsible for driving the operational and growth strategies for the Phoenix based commercial general contractor.

“Paul has demonstrated exceptional leadership in the commercial real estate industry over his career,” said Shane Alexander, Alexander Building Company’s Founder and President. “With a wealth of experience in leadership, commercial real estate, and deep ties to the local community, Paul brings a fresh perspective and valuable expertise that will contribute to our continued evolution and success”.
A 19 year commercial real estate veteran, Komadina spent his entire career at CBRE. Most recently, he served as Arizona Market Leader at CBRE overseeing more than 600 people in all lines of business. Prior to that, he served as Managing Director of CBRE’s San Diego operations. He started his career as an investment sales broker in San Diego.
Komadina has been very active in the civic and business community since he returned to Arizona in 2018. Having sat on numerous boards over the last 6 years, he is currently active in the Arizona chapter of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), The Thunderbirds and Thunderbirds Charities, and sits on the board of directors for Valley Leadership. He was born and raised in Phoenix and attended Brophy College Preparatory.
