DTZ announced that TPS Phoenix, LLC, dba The Pizza Studio, signed a lease for 2,111 square feet at 24th at Camelback (Phase I) , 2375 E. Camelback Road in Phoenix. This is the second location in the Valley and fourth in Arizona for Pizza Studio. Their first Valley location is at CityScape in downtown Phoenix. DTZ’s Brent Mallonee represented the landlord, Hines, during the lease transaction.
“We are excited about the addition of Pizza Studio to the 24th At Camelback property,” according to Michelle Brown, Property Manager for Hines. “Their menu of fast, fresh gourmet pizzas is not like anything else currently available in our immediate area and we believe is a welcome addition for our tenants.”
Pizza Studio is a pizza place where you get to Create Your MasterpieceTM every time you order. They offer a variety of crusts, premium meats, fresh-cut and roasted veggies for customers to customize individual pizza order to exactly as they want. The Pizza Studio is committed to local community and global sustainability and proudly supports local artists by providing a venue to display and sell their art, and donates meals to local food banks as well as to the Feeding America Foundation.
