Clear Sky Uptown II, LLC., from Phoenix has purchased Plantation Arms apartment complex, an 18-unit multi-family property located at 512-524 East Mariposa Street in Phoenix, from Tralke, LLC., of Evergreen, Colorado. Brian Smuckler and Jeff Seaman of CBRE’s Phoenix office represented both the buyer and the seller in negotiating the $870,000 transaction.
