Kidder Mathews’ Mike Ciosek and Michelle Gardner represented Precision Science, a custom formula animal pharmaceutical and nutraceutical manufacturing corporation, in the transaction.

“Precision Science is one of the original long-time manufacturing employers in the Deer Valley submarket, and it’s been a phenomenal experience to watch the company soar to new heights and service their continued real estate growth needs,” said Gardner.

Precision Science, which has operated in the Deer Valley market for over 30 years, selected the facility due to its strategic location and long-term alignment with the company’s operational goals. The move represents one of the largest occupiers of space in the Deer Valley submarket this year.

The newly built property features state-of-the-art infrastructure, aligning with Precision Science’s growth strategy. The company plans to hire 80-100 additional employees to support operations in the new expansion facility.
