Plaza Companies now oversees nearly 3.65M rentable square feet of space 

Plaza Companies has signed on to provide property management services to three new large-scale Valley properties, and with these additions, the Peoria-based real estate firm is now overseeing nearly 3,650,000 rentable square feet of space.

Plaza Companies is now the property manager of Gilbert’s Rome Towers, a local landmark and office building at 1760 E. Pecos Road that has 123,602 square feet of rentable space, and Surprise’s Grand Village Plaza, a retail center located at 14505 W. Grand Ave. that offers 76,313 rentable square feet of space.

In addition, Plaza just announced it is overseeing the management of a property located at 7^th Street & Osborn Road in Phoenix, offering 35,308 rentable square feet of space.  The addition of the Osborn property, which will undergo major renovations in 2020, will enhance Plaza’s already significant presence in this immediate area. 

Rome Towers, which has two Class A signature office towers, offers rentable spaces for diverse companies, with office tenants enjoying floor-to-ceiling glass walls, sensational views and state-of-the-art technology. Grand Village Plaza, meanwhile, is a retail center in a high-traffic area with its own signaled intersection.
