What it does: Operating at the intersection of real estate expertise and client-focused service, Orcutt and Grady specialize in institutional landlord representation, buyer and seller representation, leasing and sales. Recent accomplishment: In 2024, the duo ranked No. 1 and No. 2 in the CBRE Phoenix office and among the firm’s top 25 industrial brokers nationally.
