Each year, PTK magazine — a publication of AZ Big Media — showcases the top people and projects to know in Arizona’s commercial real estate sector. Pulling from a competitive pool of nominations and the editorial board’s knowledge of the industry, this annual edition highlights 50 meaningful projects across all product types and influential professionals in 23 different categories. The digital sponsor of PTK magazine is Quarles. Over the coming days, meet the individuals making an outsized impact on the built environment across Arizona. Here are the industrial brokers to know in 2026:
DEEPER DIVE: Read the latest issue of PTK magazine

Cooper Fratt
Executive vice president
Background: Over the last five years, Fratt has closed more than 30 million square feet of industrial building leases and sales, along with more over 2,000 acres of industrial land.
Favorite project: Growing up in Phoenix, Fratt spent many summers playing at Big Surf and has fond memories of the wave park and water slides. Selling the property upon its closure and being involved in the lease-up of the industrial development currently under construction has been a surreal experience, he says.
Source of pride: “Achieving the title of executive vice president at age 37.”
Surprising fact: Fratt is an avid pickleball player, competing on the Tempe Tornadoes of the Arizona Pickleball League in 2023 and is the proud coach of the Mighty Minnows Tee Ball Team.

Keri Scott
Executive vice president
Background: Using her experience in property management, Scott specializes in industrial and office properties, representing more than 1 million square feet of product — including multiple high-profile national and local tenants.
Source of pride: “Starting my own team. It wasn’t just about building a business — it was about creating something that truly reflected my values, my vision and the way I wanted to service clients. For years, I worked within the systems and structures of other teams and companies, and while I learned a ton, I often felt limited in how far I could go and how much I could shape the client experience. It’s not always easy — building something from scratch never is — but it has been deeply fulfilling to see our name stand for something, to see our reputation grow and to know we’re building this the right way.”
Surprising fact: “I have a tiny pencil wound just under my eye — courtesy of my little brother, who stabbed me with a pencil when I was 7 and he was 3. Total accident (I think). Most people assume it’s a smudge from bad eyeliner or that I slept in my makeup, but nope — it’s vintage sibling chaos, permanently etched into my face. Who needs tattoos when you have family?”

Mike Ciosek
Executive vice president and shareholder
Background: With over 22 years of experience, Ciosek specializes in industrial sales, leasing and development. Alongside longtime partner Eric Bell, Ciosek has completed over 1,000 transactions totaling more than $1 billion.
Source of pride: “Helping launch Kidder Mathews’ Phoenix office at the end of 2015. Building something from the ground up with a small group of like-minded individuals — recruiting talent, earning client trust and creating a culture that reflects both local values and our firm’s broader mission — has been incredibly rewarding. Watching our growth into one of the top-performing Kidder Mathews’ offices is a reminder of what’s possible when you take a calculated risk and stay committed to doing things the right way.”
Surprising fact: “I studied Paper Science in college. Clearly that has nothing to do with commercial real estate but it’s a testament that if you follow an opportunity, show up and do your best, you can do anything.”

Tom Ellixson
Vice president
Background: Since joining Menlo Group in 2017, Ellixson has closed nearly 170 deals worth more than $108 million, using his knowledge of the industrial market to ensure clients reach their ideal outcome. He specializes in the leasing, sale, and acquisition of industrial and flex properties in the Metropolitan Phoenix area.
Source of pride: “Any time a past client calls me years after our work together to tell me that transaction changed their life.”
Key to success: “Consistent grit and working every day to stay active and educated on my market.”
Surprising fact: “My middle name is Kidd, which is a family name in relation to Captain Kidd.”

Will Strong
Executive vice chair
Background: The youngest executive vice chair at Cushman & Wakefield, Strong’s impressive track record of 115 million square feet and $15 billion in transaction volume earned him recognition as the No. 1 performer in the Americas for Capital Markets and Industrial Capital Markets.
Source of pride: “The awesome relationships that you are able to make in this business.”
Key to success: “Complete and total focus on our clients and their success. If they win, then we win.”
Surprising fact: “I am the first in my family to attend and graduate from college.”
