Alon Shnitzer
Co-founder and senior managing partner
Background: With nearly 25 years of experience in multifamily brokerage, Schnitzer has transacted more than $4.5 billion in sales volume and 40,000 multifamily units.
Source of pride: “My everyday passion is bridging the gap between Buyer and Seller and providing them with the guidance to make a transaction successful. My proudest single accomplishment is participating in starting an industry-leading company from the ground up.”
Key to success: “Hard work, dedication and aligning the client’s goals to achieve a successful transaction.”

Bret Zinn
Vice president
Background: Using his expertise in data and analytics, Zinn specializes in 50-plus unit transactions involving value-add opportunities, community repositioning, institutional foreclosures, REO, short sales, first note sales and condo conversions.
Key to success: “My ability to build strong, trust-based relationships. In commercial real estate, deals don’t close on numbers — they close on confidence, communication and credibility.”
Source of pride: “Helping clients successfully close on major multifamily transactions. These deals require not only precision and persistence, but also the ability to align diverse stakeholder interests and navigate complex regulatory and financial landscapes. Playing a key role in bringing these deals across the finish line — and seeing the tangible impact on clients’ growth and investments — is incredibly rewarding.”
Surprising fact: “I am one of those oddballs who genuinely enjoys going to the gym or heading out for a run in my spare time.”

Chris Roach
Vice president
Background: Roach’s expertise spans market rate, affordable housing, bulk condominium sales, mixed-use developments, new construction, student housing, portfolios, land and intricate value-add opportunities.
Source of pride: “After 3 years at Colliers, my partners and I were able to close 26 multifamily properties in 2021 with over $1 billion in sales volume that year. We were on track to double that in 2022 until the market reset.”
Key to success: “This is a business where you have to work hard to be successful over the long term and our team has created a best-in-class sales process for property owners. We’re constantly strategizing, working on efficiency, looking at the data of the market, and finding every angle to improve so that we can deliver the best results and experience for our clients.”
Surprising fact: “I met my wife at the WM Phoenix Open, and we now have two kids. Our oldest is two and already a natural negotiator.”

Griffen Tymins
Associate
Background: Specializing in the sale of build-to-rent (BTR) assets, Tymins closed on Bella Encanta in April 2025 — representing the third-highest BTR sale in Arizona history and the largest single-asset sale in the previous three years. In his previous role, Tymins spearheaded the establishment and national expansion of Silveray, Alliance Residential’s signature BTR brand, and was involved in the full development process for assets totaling over $2 billion.
Source of pride: The sale of Bella Encanta in April 2025, which represented the third-highest BTR sale in Arizona history and the largest single-asset sale in the previous three years.
Favorite project: The Scottsdale Portales office building, which his father developed in 1999. Tymins attended the groundbreaking when he was three and later celebrated his sixth birthday in the basement movie theater. He credits this building for igniting his passion for commercial real estate at an early age.
Surprising fact: Tymins is an avid runner and is set to complete his first marathon this summer in San Diego.
