It’s a video that warms the heart this holiday season, 50 internal employees of locally-owned and operated residential real-estate company, HomeSmart, lined up for what they thought was a holiday photo of their team.
As the people shuffled over from their desks and said “cheese,” their silent smiles quickly turned into shouts of joy as $6,000 — all in different denominations — fell from the ceiling. The entire surprise was caught on tape.
Matt Widdows, owner and founder of HomeSmart, decided to surprise his staff, including his senior team, in addition to their normal Christmas bonuses.
