Part of the highly rated Chandler Unified School District, the new K-6 Rice Elementary is conveniently located within Waterston with a direct connection via the walking trail that runs throughout the community. With freeways 202 and 101 in close proximity, residents will enjoy quick connections to employment centers as well as retail offerings, restaurants and recreational areas.
“The new neighborhoods will offer quality community amenities and close proximity to local parks and other attractions,” Attwood said. “There is so much to connect to and enjoy at Waterston North, both inside and out, and we look forward to showing homebuyers with our new models and galleries.”
