Rockefeller Group, the U.S. real estate developer, owner, and operator, announced today it has broken ground on Corsica Villas, two build-to-rent (BTR) communities totaling 152 townhomes in South Phoenix, the company’s first BTR communities in Arizona. Rockefeller Group has selected Mosaic, the nation’s leading BTR general contractor, as the general contractor to oversee all aspects of construction, including amenities, land development, and vertical construction for the Corsica Villas communities.

In June 2023, Rockefeller Group acquired two sites, approximately 1.75 miles apart, totaling 16.5 acres in Phoenix’s booming Baseline Road corridor. Corsica Villas at 20th St. and Corsica Villas at Euclid Ave. & 7th St.  will redefine luxury living with 152 townhome and carriage-style units.
