CBRE announced it has secured three new tenants for Scottsdale Renaissance, a retail center located across from Scottsdale Fashion Square at Scottsdale and Camelback roads. Home furnishing and design retailers Kohler, Roche Bobois and Teak Plus will open stores at the new property.
LeDonna Spongberg and Kerry Linthicum with CBRE in Phoenix represented the landlord, Emerald Equities, LLC in the lease negotiations.
Roche Bobois, a high-end home furniture chain specializing in contemporary pieces from international designers, moved its Scottsdale showroom to a 6,875-square-foot space at Scottsdale Renaissance. Steve Greenberg with The Greenberg Group in New York, New York, represented Roche Bobois in the lease negotiations.
In partnership with Hughes Supply, Kohler, a leader in the design and manufacture of kitchen and bath products, will occupy a 4,146-square-foot space at Scottsdale Renaissance by fall of 2020. Carol Schillne and Cole Schillne of CBRE in Phoenix represented Kohler in the lease negotiations.
Phoenix-based Teak Plus has signed a 2,878-square-foot lease for its first Phoenix location. Diana Rubottom with Desert Platinum Realty represented Teak Plus in the transaction. Teak Plus is set to open in the fall of 2020.
“We’re thrilled to welcome these tenants to Scottsdale Renaissance,” said CBRE’s Spongberg. “The area is rapidly expanding with additional retail, restaurant and hospitality concepts, and our goal was to secure tenants with complementary synergy to the area but also within the center.”
Other tenants at the property include Chipotle, Sprinkles and AT&T. Renovations to the property’s storefronts are currently underway.
