Scottsdale-based Starpoint Commercial Properties bought 6.08 acres of land in Mesa for $5,775,000, according to the commercial real estate tracking website Vizzda. The cost of the land, located at the northeast corner of Dobson Road and Main Street inTempe, breaks down to $949,835.53 per acre.

The seller was Miravista Holdings.
