SuperShuttle has relocated its Phoenix operations to a building at 3545 S. 28th St. near Sky Harbor International Airport.
Steve Mardian, Senior Vice President with Cushman & Wakefield, represented SuperShuttle in the lease negotiations. John Werstler of CBRE represented the landlord.
SuperShuttle leased approximately 17,672 square feet of space and recently relocated from 36th Street and Broadway Road. The company will utilize the space for offices and vehicle storage/maintenance.
“SuperShuttle selected this property because it offered a more modern facility with appealing features,” Mr. Mardian said. “This building provides closer proximity to the airport, freeway access and freeway visibility that is better suited to the SuperShuttle brand and operations.” The successful merger of Cushman & Wakefield and DTZ closed September 1, 2015. The firm now operates under the iconic Cushman & Wakefield brand and has a new visual identity and logo that position the firm for the future and reflect its trusted global legacy and wider history. The new Cushman & Wakefield is led by Chairman & Chief Executive Officer Brett White and Global President Tod Lickerman. The company is majority owned by an investor group led by TPG, PAG, and OTPP.
