“The Bergen offers much more than a home, it offers a way of living,” said Greg Nadeau, StreetLights senior vice president of development. “At The Bergen, we sought to add a new type of apartment home to the Camelback corridor, one with expansive living spaces, designed with privacy in mind. We’re honored to join The Grove and carry its standard of excellence into our residences.”

The Bergen features 58 two-bedroom residences, with an average size of 2,350 square feet. All units include a balcony or patio, while courtyard units also offer private outdoor living rooms with fireplaces. The residences are designed to entertain guests with a powder bath off the living space, Wolf appliances, and a built-in bar with an ice maker and wine fridges. Many floor plans offer private studies and back catering kitchen with a second dishwasher, refrigerator, and kitchen sink. Additional custom home details include a built-in Sonos sound system, motorized window shades throughout, and an extensive waterfall kitchen island.

The Grove, the new mixed-used destination located where Arcadia meets Paradise Valley, is one of Phoenix’s most prestigious addresses. The development features Class A office space, The Global Ambassador Hotel and Club, upscale dining and retail venues, nearby shopping at Camelback Village and the state-of-the-art training facility for the Phoenix Suns and Phoenix Mercury basketball teams.

Along with nearby lifestyle options within The Grove, The Bergen’s community will have access to service that rivals a five-star hotel including a 24-hour concierge and valet service. Many of the amenities at The Bergen are closed off for privacy, including a chef’s kitchen with private dining, lounge space, a wine and whiskey room, a library, a flex fitness room for personal training, and private cabanas around the pool. Additional amenities address the unique needs of The Bergen residents including bike repair station, EV charging stations, and a dog wash which sits next to an indoor dog run. Outdoors, residents have access to a pool deck featuring an exclusive pool, hot tub, lounge seating, and fireplaces.

StreetLights Creative Studio served as the architect of record and interior designer, and Trueform Landscape served as landscape architect. SLR Phoenix Construction II, LLC served as general contractor. The Bergen is open for preleasing with move-ins starting in Spring 2024.

Other completed StreetLights Arizona developments include The Ryan, a mixed-use, 332-unit luxury high-rise community located in downtown Phoenix; The Angela, a five-story residential community comprised of 253 apartment homes in Phoenix; The Cameron, a four-story, 349-unit luxury residential community located in Tempe, and The Tyler, a 320-unit project part of the mixed-use Epicenter at Agritopia development.
