“We’re thrilled to welcome four new tenants to The Galleria,” said Corey Hawley, senior vice president at CBRE. “This reflects the continued strength of the Scottsdale office market and the unique appeal of Galleria as a hub for innovation and growth.”

Mark-Taylor Residential (31,000 sq. ft.), AmTrust North America (20,000 sq. ft.) and Independence Home Loans (23,000 sq. ft.) signed leases in the building at 4343 North Scottsdale Road. Illuminarium Experiences (43,000 sq. ft.) signed a lease for the former exhibition space in the building at 4301 North Scottsdale Road.

“These transactions underscore Galleria’s appeal, including its Old Town Scottsdale location, new building amenities, abundance of walkable dining and entertainment options within a one-of-a-kind workplace,” said Leo Divinsky, Managing Director at Stockdale Capital Partners. “Creative and FIRE tenants (finance, insurance and real estate) can now enjoy the benefits of this project as much as our tech-focused tenants, as employers emphasize work-live-play environments to attract and retain Arizona’s top talent!”

The LEED® Gold certified Class A office project, which is amongst the first WiredScore–Gold certified office projects in the State of Arizona, totals nearly 600,000 sq. ft. across two buildings connected by a skybridge, centrally located within the Old Town entertainment district. Built in the late 1980s, the property was originally designed for retail but was converted to office in the mid-2000s.  A new state-of-art fitness and high-tech conference center was recently completed at the project, adding to existing project amenities, including patios, interior skyboxes, meeting spaces within the atrium, in addition to a Comoncy Cafe within the complex.

“At Mark Taylor, we hold ourselves to a timeless five-star standard for our team members, clients, partners, and residents alike. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce our new headquarters at The Galleria. This elevated workspace is thoughtfully designed to support our expanding team, foster innovation and deepen our positive impact across the communities we serve,” said John Carlson, CEO of Mark Taylor Residential.

Located at the prominent intersection of Scottsdale Road and Drinkwater Blvd., the Galleria is within walking distance of shopping, entertainment, restaurants and resort properties. “The momentum at Galleria reflects Scottsdale’s thriving business climate and the growing appeal of Old Town as a premier employment hub,” said Teri Killgore, Economic Development Director for the City of Scottsdale. “These new leases demonstrate the increasing demand for amenity-rich office spaces that support both productivity and lifestyle. With easy access to dining, entertainment and housing, Galleria exemplifies the environment today’s leading employers are seeking to attract and retain top talent.”
