The Toy Barn North Scottsdale will be the company’s ninth location and is situated on a five-acre site within the park. The new campus will span more than 98,000 square feet and showcase 64 privately owned garage suites, along with a community clubhouse.
Uniquely located in the heart of North Scottsdale, this new Toy Barn location will feature all the same amenities and security features as the company’s eight other locations with one exception. The Toy Barn North Scottsdale will exclusively feature a rooftop members-only lounge with incredible views of the Valley and its breathtaking scenery. Construction will begin in 2026.
