”As a residential anchor of Novus, Vero responds to the market’s demand for luxury apartments that offer efficiency, affordability and top amenities in a dynamic, mixed-use neighborhood,” said Brendan O’Leary, Partner – TDC Southwest. “Vero provides residents with market-leading benefits, including studios with custom-made Murphy beds and efficient floorplans in a walkable retail district with shops, restaurants and entertainment.”

Vero offers an array of sought-after amenities, including a resort-style pool with lounge area, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a coworking space with conference rooms, a resident clubhouse with a pool table and wet bar, and secure bike storage. Each unit is thoughtfully designed with a washer and dryer, top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, and hardwood-style flooring. Select units offer upgrades such as custom built-ins, balconies, and Murphy beds.

Vero enjoys a strategic location within the Novus Innovation Corridor, a 10-million-square-foot, 355-acre mixed-use development at Arizona State University’s Tempe campus. Nearby attractions include the vibrant Novus Place retail district, Mountain America Stadium, Desert Financial Arena, and Mullett Arena, a multi-purpose facility home to ASU Sun Devil men’s and women’s hockey, and host to university, community and entertainment events.

TDC currently has 3,666 multifamily units in pre-development, under construction, or in lease-up, including 1,275 units in the Southwest region. Most recently, TDC Southwest completed The Shoal, a Class A mid-rise micro-housing residential community in downtown Austin, Texas.
