The True Life Companies, the developers of Pine Canyon, a master-planned golf course community in Flagstaff, will be presenting the City of Flagstaff with a check for more than $922,000. The check presentation will take place during the city council meeting on Tuesday, August 25, which begins at 4 p.m.
As part of the development agreement with the City of Flagstaff, The True Life Companies allocated funds for city traffic improvement. When The True Life Companies took over the development of Pine Canyon, they were able to work with the city to release the money from a trust account.
According to The True Life Companies Chief Investment Officer, Taber Anderson, “We believe in developing communities that provide long term benefits for our residents and neighbors. The True Life Companies is delighted to help the City of Flagstaff achieve their long-term transportation improvement goals.”
Furthering their commitment to the surrounding community, The True Life Companies also recently completed $150,000 in improvements to the John Wesley Powell Trail, which is part of the Flagstaff Urban Trail System (F.U.T.S.). The trail crosses through the Pine Canyon master-planned development as it leads to Walnut Canyon.
The True Life Companies will present a check to the City of Flagstaff during the city council meeting, which will take place at City Hall: 211 W. Aspen Avenue, Flagstaff, Ariz., 86001.
