Velocity Retail Group has announced that Brad Ranly has been hired to launch their Land Practice Group effective immediately. Ranly previously worked with Land Advisors Organization and most recently, Marcus & Millichap where he focused on site selection services for commercial land. His experience in working with development companies, investors, the public sector and medical clients has provided a unique perspective in pinpointing prospective sites.

Brad brings nearly 20 years of working in the land specialty and has listed and sold parcels ranging from a 35 acre medical campus, down to 2 acres for an individual user. He is known for his ability to utilize existing relationships to locate and source difficult requirements for clients.
