It’s one of Old Town Scottsdale’s most iconic addresses, and LGE Design Build helped give it a nearly $2 million face-lift .
Galleria Scottsdale, a massive, 537,000 square-foot commercial property located in the heart of the city, recently gave its lobby a $1.8 million upgrade with the help of LGE Design Build, enhancing its appeal even further among major industry names including job search giant Indeed Inc., which is among those setting up shop at the Scottsdale Road address in the coming months.
The new, 30,300 square-foot lobby within the building located at 4343 N. Scottsdale Road is part of the greater Galleria property, which first burst onto the local scene as an upscale shopping area in 1991. It has since undergone considerable renovations to accommodate businesses and enhance its appeal and offerings for modern-day tenants, many of whom are a part of the Phoenix area’s flourishing tech and startup scenes.
“It’s the natural next stage of development for a property that’s increasingly catering to some of today’s tech giants,” said Steven Yari, Managing Principal of Stockdale Capital Partners. “We wanted to project a particular look and feel with the new lobby, and LGE came up with an impressive, innovative and very creative design.”
The Galleria’s new entryway boasts ample glass overhead anchored by bold, white columns, allowing for natural sunlight throughout, and it also offers plenty of room for conversing, relaxing and enjoying interior design elements including wooden pergolas and striking interior landscaping.
“The Galleria is an integral part of the Scottsdale landscape, and we were pleased to play a role in breathing new life into the existing building,” said LGE Design Build’s President and CEO David Sellers. “This area is increasingly coming into its own as far as its draws for businesses looking to relocate, and the reimagination of this property will only continue the trend.”
